I too recieved a call today Aug 27 2010 ,,, I do wonder how are they getting our numbers to call.  I will be calling Action news to report this. Hopefully someone from these 617 numbers will read these comments here and stop (especiallly) if this is a scam. And by the way we can work and make (I was told) up to a little over 900 hundred a month and not lose any of our SSI ... So please check into this And like many have said here DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR INFO we have enough problems as it isBe blessed in all you do Tired

I myself have never received any phone calls from NTI, but if you type in mytickettoworkathome.org,  NTI pops up. If you want to work some or are trying to get back out in the workforce again gradually, go to Social Security Online and get on The Work Site. There is an answer for everyone. As for NTI I don't know how legit they are. There are a whole bunch of different recruiting websites you can visit to find something to do from home. (They say) Who knows? I have worked a couple of part-time jobs on the ticket to work program. Also, they DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM YOU! You do have certain guidelines you have to follow. I believe the first 9 months you can make as much as you want, then the amount you can make either has to be less or your check will be less. I can't remember exact amounts, but you can check it out yourselves if you go down to the SS office. There are actual brochures explaining how it works. You have to keep track of your pay stubs. I never had a problem. I wasn't able to work just a couple times a week and only for a few hours, and never made more than about $400.00 in one month.  Did you know that you can continue to receive Medicare for 4 1/2 years after your disability check has stopped? Everyone please, just check it out and get your facts before you commit yourselves to a job or give out any pertinent information to anyone on the phone or online. PEACE OUT

Received the same type of recorded phone message today April 17 from someone from NTI and the number was 617-778-0528. Same message that I could get 9.00 an hour and work at home. Said it was for people on social security disability and it won't affect your benefits.Sounded like a good deal and certainly extra money would help. Glad to have found this site cause I sure wanted to look into it. now I don't think it is such a good idea. HOw do they get our numbers and know we are on SSD. The gov't should put a stop to this.

Received a call from NTI at 866-501-8387 promoting work at home for people with disabilities.  I don't have a disability but thought it would be interesting to check out.  Glad I found this website and won't have to waste my time.

I just received a call from a massachusetts number and of course i do not take any out of state calls due to the telemarketing thing.  So when I listened to the lengthy message they left, I also heard the same BS that everyone else out there has heard.  I was really tempted to check it out, so I looked up the internet web site they gave me. I checked this site first and thank goodness I did.  Saved me a lot of time and effort.  Thank you everyone that has posted on these pages.  It really means alot and helps everyone out there who gets these calls.  Keep posting people....

The ticket to work program is real from SS., that phone call isn't. You can make up to $960 a mouth in 2010 without any bennys be deducted. After that, it's 50/50 for so many mouths. It's best to do a little homework if you want to work.

the number that calls you is a call out number.  One can not call in on it. Is it a scam...of course.

As with all the others listed, I also received several calls from mid November through mid December. I do not answer calls I do not recognize. The company was NPI (phone) 1-866-501-8387...they left messages on my answering machine, repeatedly! Offering $9.00 an hour up to 20 hours a week working at home. They lead you to believe they are a legitimate Social Security program for the disabled to earn extra money from home. THEY ARE NOT!!! Please don't give out  your computer, birth, bank, social security or any information to these frauds!!!
