They call ALL THE TIME - We have no debt owed and it drives us crazy.  I followed the suggestion above and filled out an on-line complaint.  It is fast and easy and everyone should do it EVERY TIME they call.          "Report them to the FCC using their easy-to-use "FCC Consumer Complaints" page.  The more people that do it, the faster they are investigated for their tactics (especially with the ridiculous number of false-positives coming from their automated dialers).  Just do the following (1) select "Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages and Do-Not-Call", (2) select "'Abandoned Calls' ('Silent Calls,' 'Dead Air Calls' from a telemarketer) and 'War Dialing' received on your residential or business telephone", and (3) fill out the provided online form."

These sacks of s**t keep calling my elderly parents looking for someone they don't know. They also call from 800-565-1368 about 2 times a day. I just called them asking them to stop calling my folks and was told it will take up to 48 hours to remove their number. Good suggestion from Fran about calling them to remove your numbers from their call lists.

These people are harassing my 84 year old grandmother late at night... they should be put behind bars.  If anybody has anyway to find them, stop them, and have them severely punished, I am willing to pay!

Same comments as everybody else. I tried to call them over and over and same recording. I tried to leave some messages not knowing if they get them or not.I also left my number for them to remob=v from they calling list. What I suggest, since they call from an 800 number, is to do what they do. Call them over and over and keep their line busy. They should pay since it is an 800 # and when their costs will be higher than the expenses they should stop their scam.SO CALL THEM ON THEIR 800 # NON STOP

Same nonsense as before.2009-11-26 (Thanksgiving) 13:45 CST, I dumped the call to voicemail2009-11-27 18:37 CST, I dumped the call to voicemailFCC complaints not yet filed; though, I have received correspondence from them already regarding my past complaints, so I will file the ones for these last two calls sometime in the next couple of days.Calling the number back during normal business hours yields a recording that says, "... this call may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and training purposes..."  The first part of it is unintelligible, and the end is the same sort of abrupt hang-up nonsense as the recordings from the calls.

We received a phone call from this company On Thanks Giving day. This is ridiculous and I am getting sick of this. I tried to call their corporate phone number and goes to a voicemail (800) 617-0049. I am going to follow the recommendations to file my complaints and also take this to the General attorneys office. I am going to find out who is the debt supposedly owed to and will complaint about them also so like I at least have an idea what his scam is all about. I am getting sick that companies like this get away with not following rules, but if we break them then we would get in serious trouble.
