Calls our home 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes an hour apart.  Says the same thing...Ruben Swartz.  My voicemail answering says the call came from 800-605-5429 and Ruben says it is 800-608-5429.  I have no idea why he calls or who he is.  I will report him to my attorney general as wel.

I just listened to the message on my cell phone: This is Ruben Schwartz I have a very important matter that needs to be dicussed with you TODAY call me at 1-800-608-5429.There was no number because the call came in while my phone was off.I new something wasn't right. I didn't think you could get a "telemarketer type" call on your cell. This is my first "telemarketer" message like that on my cell phone and I've had it for 5 years. Well, I went on my computer and typed in the info and sure enough i'm not the only one. Hope I don't get anymore messages.

First, thank you all for this information. I have been getting calls for my brother for weeks, but from NCO Financial. I looked it up online and discovered that they go by many names and numbers and like LLC (?) they are 1) uninformed and 2) relentless. Today my mom gets a call from Swartz (again from my brother) and passes the name/number onto me. I mean to put a stop to this. The sample letter looks good, but here's a helpful hint from the other list: Send it certified. Otherwise they'll just round file it. I urge everyone to get serious about this. If ALL the state's attorneys general knew, they'd get the job done.

We get this same call from Ruben Swartz (800-608-5429) about every other week, saying its important that we talk, etc.  The strange thing is: we have good credit.  Since we do not want to show a heartbeat, we have not picked up or returned the phone call.  The creator of the computer-generated message claiming to be one R. Swartz does not respect that we pay for our telephones and our telephone service.  We will see what the New York State Attorney General's office thinks about these invasions.  There is power in numbers, folks. Therefore, we encourage everyone to take five minutes today to stop this disrespect.  Please print the complaints of your fellow victims listed on this site.  Send a complaint letter to your state's Attorney General's office.  If we have not complained in writing, we have not complained.  Thank you, and more power to you.

Frustrated
We keep getting calls from this number. I finally answered to see what they wanted. It was a woman by the name of Precious Hill. She said she needed to speak with (name) right away about a very important matter. I asked the company. She replied "Leading Edge". The person does not live here anymore, so she asked me to take a message about this important call that must be returned. I looked up the company and phone number using Google. It looks like it is a collection agency trying to collect on debt that has been either 'forgiven' or past collection time. I'd like them to STOP calling.

Ruben Shwartz or what ever his neme is keeps on calling me about an alleged debt from 1994. This is well beyond any statute of limitations or collection efforts. The name of the agency is Leading Edge and they call at least once a day. I have written letters but they keep on calling. Timeto ile a complaint with the FTC.
