This person has called three times in the past two days, asking for someone else, and said to call back if it was not the right person.  Upon calling back, removing my number from the list was not a choice on the automated voice message.  I need them to stop calling.

I love it when these company like Progessive Department of flake education called or any debt collectors. First, you must tell them to stop calling. They will tell you to put in writing. Big mistake. They or any company have now given you premission to call them and to say bascilly anything you want to them. I usually tell the male how would like bend them over so I can put this big  dick up you ect.,--yes I did. Since the company  have told you they wouldn't stop calling unitil you put in writing, you have the right to call back at least one hundred times a day  and say whatever you want, now who has the power. I called one company back so much they stated they would call the police and I said please, now I would have a official records from an law enforcement agency to uses against them in court. They never call, guess why? they would be ommitting they have broken the law by calling you after you have asked them to stop . You don't have to put in writing. Just tell them to stop.

Roy Hardon,Do some research.  Their is statute of limitations on almost all debt.  Not on taxes, school loans and child support.  Spreading bad information is not a good thing. Here is a link to the real information about statute of limitations of debt, state by state.http://www.bcsalliance.com/y_debt_sol.html

I just remember the number and when they call I answer with a "hello" and then as soon as a realperson starts talking I blast them with an ear piercing high frequency noise. They don't like it. If you call MY house , you accept whatever you hear. You can't sue a 1-900 number for foul language if your kid calls it and listens, same laws apply here. Blasting them is fun.

But once the debt has pasted the statute of limitations, you d***heads can no longer file suit.....so that makes you SOL.Student loans are different. They never expire and can be litigated until paid.
