I received the same call today.  I had recently made an online order.  When I called it was a order confirmation department and gave me a customer service number to call but could not give any other information.  I called the customer service number and didn't get a person.  I did notice that I had a conversion fee and another charge on my card.  I will be calling my credit card and rebutting the charge.  Make sure you guys check your cards for any fraudulent charges.

I had a momentary lapse of common sense and ordered the Acai Berry supplements on line.  I started to immediately get calls.  Thankfully, I found the customer service #'s in the string of emails about this company and the # calling me.  I also found 'myordersupport.com. I was astonished that my next scheduled delivery date was 8/22 and the charge would have been almost $90.00.  So I called the # 866-949-0138.  I chose option 3 to speak with a live person, was on hold for over 10 minutes but finally got someone and cancelled my order.  I did get a confirmation # too.  Take my advice; when ordering something on-line, use a low balance debit card not attached to any of your bank accts or refuse to buy anything without using paypal.I was dumb, dumb, dumb for doing that!

I received a call this morning from Amy wanting to verify a purchase I recently made on the internet.  I did not make any purchases and I will not call them back..  They are looking to verify information to steal from people.  The person( Carolyn) that verified all their information with them had better call their bank and cancel their card.  I already have fraud protection on my cards and my bank calls for any purchases made outside of my local living area. The call came in with phone number: 623-238-6401 but was told to call 866-994-4911.Use care people when callers ask for personal information.

Amy called me the day after I ordered 1 month supply of Acai Berry, and Colon Cleanse. It was an offer that for 99cents ea the two would be sent to me free. The web site malfunctioned several times and said that my name and credit card information did not match. After two attempts (both said they were denied) I called my credit card company and was told that a charge for 99 cents had gone through.Amy wanted to confirm the order, the names of the products were slightly different than what was on the particular site I ordered from. It appears that they market under a couple of brand names. She said that after my free trial, my card would be charged $39.95 each month for the "LifeCleanse". I asked how much I would be charged for the Acai Berry. AMY said she did not know, that came from a different place (she did not know the phone number).AMY told me that the call was being recorded and that I would be charged $39.95 each month unless I called a seperate number 1 866-949-0138. I agreed, and waited a couple of days to call and cancel my account just to make certain they did not wait 6 weeks to ship and then charge my card.I was advised to go online to www.myordersupport.com. There I had a LONG online argument with a Support Rep. about how many orders I made, and how much I owed. Everytime I made the point that I had ordered 1 bottle of each product for 99 cents ea, she asked me to just tell me if I wanted her to cancel my ACCOUNT (note: she did not say "Order"). I asked for return authorization. She offered me a special price of just $40.00 per month. I replied "No thanks, just the Return Authorization # and address.AMY did give me that information, but when I review our dialog (I saved) she said it was to return one bottle of LifeCleanse only. I was getting two bottles of Acai Berry. This means that I will still be charged $39.95 for the other bottle and will have to challenge the charge with my credit card company. These people seem to be doing business as Health Products Inc, and also under the name of FWM Labs. They have several names for the same products. And it appears that AMY does all of their calling for them.It is a scam. So watch the free Acai stuff on line, it may be the same company, and although the price varies on each of their sites and product names, it appears that the same AMY will faithfully call you to seal the scam.

Received a message in my voice mail box asking me to call 866-994-4911 to confirm a recent purchase.  When I called the number, the first time, the call didn't go through, music dubob was heard and the words 'your call can not be completed at this time". The second time I called, I got a rep who said the company name is FWM Labs. She asked me if I made any purchases from them. I said no. Then she read off a street address asking me if it was my address, it was not.  And then she asked me if the email address (she read to me) was mine.  It was all very strange and ambiguous!  She said she would remove me from their database.

Fraudulent purchase
Well, here's the scoop that I got.  I called and the number goes to the Order Confirmation department for an SMW Labs in Clearwater, FL.  Evidently someone had purchased the Acai Berry detox product yesterday at 6:19 a.m.(PST) while I was in the shower getting ready for work.  I called their customer service number - 866-994-4911, and got the details.  They cancelled the order.  I then called my credit card company and cancelled the card and had them re-issue a new one.  Someone made this purchase fraudulently.  Where they got my info I have no idea.  Be careful guys.  It sounds like we are all linked by some similar purchase that we made on line.

Received a call from an Amy to confirm an order I placed.  The recording didn't say what order was being confirmed.  I called them back and it was for an order of Bromalite.  Very strange.  They had all the correct information (my address and the last four of my credit card), and didn't ask me for any additional information.  It was to confirm the order, tell me I was getting a 30 day supply of something I didn't order as a trial and a different customer service number to call with questions.

tired of all the fraud!!
I haven't purchased anything and I've seen this number come up several times on my cellphone but since I didn't recognize it I didn't answer (623-238-6401).  This time it caught me off guard and when I answered the phone I got a recording from "Amy" about an order I placed.  I haven't placed any orders so I'm sure not calling the 866-994-4911 but I will check my credit cards.  Thanks for all the postings.
