This is a fishing call. Don't hit the number saying you got the letter if you haven't. If you do they can say you got it and they are off the hook. The letter is not real I have got 15 of these calls over 6 months and still no letter. Don't know who they are but I haven't got any fed x letter so seems to me to be fake.

This is quite irrational, as I am not even 18 and yet I'm receiving these messages on my phone.  Of course mortgage/foreclosure/debt collection, etc. will not relate to me as I don't have any land property to my name, so I don't understand how these people can contact me.  As to the validity of the company as a whole (whether BOA, Fed Ex, or any other company w/relation to the call & message), I can't say anything other than I believe this is a scam because as aforementioned, this has no means of relation to me in any way, shape, or form.As for those awaiting responses, I assume you'll be waiting for the rest of your life. I'd advise against giving any private information (ie. SSN, birthdate, account #'s) unless you've physically seen the person with whom you're having phone discussions with. From the view of a legal "teen", that's my best guess.

I have received calls recently with recording regarding a Fed Ex letter, did not rec. a letter but tried to call anyways.  Did ont get a live person on any attempt.  it is BOA.  Automated regarding the delinquent mtg they service that are in foreclosure, or modification, or surrendered etc...... Mandated by gov that they try mediation prior to foreclosure.  Must be the phone calls count as attempt at mediation.  Also the fake fed ex letters sent but not received.

claim to be Fed-Ex with a message to return a call from a registered letter.  This number has been calling our home at all different times of the day with the same message.  We are registered on the do not call list and will not respond to this type of call we haven't done any business with Fed-Ex so we don't respond to them.
